Once the right property is found, the Sales Purchase Agreement will be signed with the developer. After, an initial deposit of 10-20% is required to book the unit.

The investor will be required to keep up with the payments as per the payment plan until handover.

On handover the buyer will receive keys and access cards for their new home. The remaining balance will either be cleared on handover, or payments will continue according to the payment plan.

To buy a ready to move in property in Dubai there is some information to keep in mind:
On every purchase, in addition to the agency fee, buyers need to take into account an additional 4% transfer fee.
If you require a mortgage, you will usually need 25-50% of the property value as down payment.

Once the right property is found, the buyer will make a written offer to the seller. If it is approved, the agent will draft a MOU* and both parties will sign the contract.

If a mortgage is needed, the bank will be involved in the process. Both parties will meet to apply for a NOC** after paying a fee.

Once NOC is issued, both parties will officially transfer ownership at the Dubai Land Department office. After, a new title deed in the name of the buyer will be issued and keys are handed over to move in.
